Year-End Survey
The Milton Soccer League has completed a year-end survey which has been forwarded to this year’s captains for your participation. The purpose of the survey is to gather as much feedback from the past season and use this information to prepare for the 2010 outdoor season. Please contact your team captain or the league directly should you wish to complete the survey.
